Bio

Talia Roma is a paralegal based in San Francisco with the Immigrants’ Rights Project. Before joining the IRP, she worked in direct service providing social and legal services to unaccompanied children under Office of Refugee Resettlement custody. There, she helped reunify unaccompanied minors with their families in the U.S., provided case management services to minors with no family in the U.S. and helped minors and their families identify eligibility for immigration legal relief and benefits. Talia is a graduate of Emory University where she received a B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology as well as a B.A. in Spanish studies.
