Bio

Michelle Fraling is a Skadden Fellow at the ACLU Ruth Bader Ginsburg Center for Liberty. Her work focuses on expanding gender specific health care for veterans and service members through litigation, policy advocacy and communications.

Michelle previously worked at the ACLU as a Campaign Manager and Policy Analyst. In these roles, she designed and implemented federal advocacy campaigns to end the use of torture, advance nondiscrimination protections, and reform government surveillance authorities.

Michelle is a proud Baltimore native, currently living in Washington D.C. She received her J.D. from Yale Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University with a B.A. in Government.
