Bio

Lamya Agarwala is the William J. Brennan fellow with the ACLU Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project. She is a graduate of University of California, Irvine, and New York University School of Law. During law school, Lamya worked with the International Refugee Assistance Project, was a student attorney with the Federal Defenders of New York, and interned with the Policing Project at NYU. She spent her summers working with Kids in Need of Defense and the Brennan Center for Justice’s Liberty and National Security Project.
