Bio

Jacob J. Hutt is the William J. Brennan fellow with the ACLU’s Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project. Jacob is a graduate of Harvard College and New York University School of Law. During law school, Jacob worked in the Family Defense Clinic at Brooklyn Defender Services, interned over the summer at the ACLU of Ohio in Cleveland, and provided tax counsel to indigent clients as an IRS-certified tax preparer. After his fellowship, he will serve as a law clerk to the Hon. Ronnie Abrams of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and to the Hon. Karen Nelson Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
