Bio
Duncan Hosie is a lawyer and legal fellow at the ACLU's Ruth Bader Ginsburg Liberty Center. He is a graduate of Yale Law School and Princeton University, from which he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He also received graduated degrees from the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics as a Marshall Scholar. His opinion writing has appeared in The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, and other national publications.
