Bio
Dan Galindo is a Staff Attorney at the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project based in New York City. He is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Cornell University. Before joining IRP, he clerked for the Hon. David O. Carter of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the Hon. Kermit V. Lipez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and worked as a public defender at the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem.
