Bio

Benjamin Good is the William J. Brennan Fellow with the ACLU’s Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project.  Ben is a graduate of Princeton University and Stanford Law School.  During law school, he worked in Stanford’s Immigrants’ Rights Clinic and externed at the ACLU’s Immigrants’ Rights Project.  Before joining the SPT, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. John G. Koeltl, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York, and to the Hon. Andrew D. Hurwitz, U.S. Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Â
